I wanted to thank you for your quick follow up yesterday, resetting the timer on our tankless water heater.

I also wanted to express to you as the owner (I think) of Whyte Plumbing, Inc. what a nice, capable and respectful young man Victor is. This is my second interaction with him and again I am left thinking...wow..what a positive reflection he is for your company.

In a world where it is so often easy to complain andnot express the positive, I wanted to put forth the energy and compliment you on a job (and an employee) well done.
